I agree. That broker's note had a target of 2p: companies rarely achieve the targets in notes, so apply a healthy 50% discount to that, and somewhere around 1p. Of course that would change if they get more OTC approvals - say in the EU / Canada / Australia / Asia etc...

On 1 February 2023, subsequent to the balance date, the Company executed an agreement to extend the
maturity date of the A$2,100,000 convertible notes on issue, which has extended the maturity date of these
convertible notes to 1 February 2024 (2020 Extension Agreement).
The notes are convertible at the discretion of Mercer at any time prior to maturity, with a conversion price as
follows:
• The conversion price will be the lower of A$0.035 or 92% of the lowest daily VWAP of the Companyâ€͐2;s shares
selected by Mercer over the 10 trading days on which the Companyâ€͐2;s shares are traded on the ASX
immediately prior to the issue of the conversion notice, subject to the conversion price being no less than

Be careful of known criminal promoters from 5p-4p. They get paid worthless shares.

Why the CFO left? Because she had to take worthless shares as salary, the price keeps going down.

Do you know they have to pay AMC many over for this $2m? They gave possibly $10m in free options. They paid the supplier to buy from them. Why would you pay a supplier? It bears reading RNS for last 18 months.

Everyone who followed these shares knows known full-time share promoters are operating here; they get paid in shares. Even the CFO left.
Look at the RNS; they do not have money. Cashburn.

Many AIM got OTC sales in the US, and they all crashed, as there are thousands, if not ten, of thousands selling product OTC.

The Aus advertising authority was investigating them; they never told anyone and got a hefty fine. So their claims of the product being a wonder product were a lie and outright illegal.
