The Final Terms in relation to the issue of GBP350,000,000 Fixed Rate Reset Senior Non-Preferred Notes due 8 October 2025 (the "Notes") under the Metro Bank PLC GBP3,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme") is available for viewing.
