Yep all of the uncertainty has been lifted in one foul swoop. Expect this will be a good week for mtro shareholders. Probably go over 800p this week

This bank now has the lowest P/BV of all banks on the FTSE. It could completely recapitalise itself three times over within 3 hours, it will keep on growing.

In proportion to market cap this company now has a huge pile of cash after the fund raise. Can only see this share price going one way now although there will be volatility along the way for sure.

Metro Bank founder Vernon Hill, or “Vernon the Barbarian” to his rivals in the US, is not afraid to stand out from the crowd. Those who know him say he once brought Biggin Hill’s annual air show to a standstill so he could fly to Italy in his private jet.
