Oh and you have averaged down again!

Averaging down is not something I would have done...maybe you trying to bring you average price down to get on breakeven...good luck..it is a very risky strategy!

The problem with you is that you do not like to the contrary view.

Why..because it means you have made a mistake investing here and do not like to be told or can accept it.

That is ok, I get that as no-one like to be criticised.

The reason I posted that article was...will this give the BoD an excuse for not delivering!

It's certainly been a hard grind. However the two largest shareholders Nick Candy and Graham Edwards have deep pockets. They may buy the debt at a discount. Much rests on the next set of production figures. Nil desperandum.

it really does not look good on the ground and in the fiance:

On the ground - need to see evidence of improvement and 'healthy' quarterly profit - £16m quarterly turnover is not going to make much profit...

Financing - Needs to be increase in Gold price and a longer term finance solution - neither looks like going to happen. the 36m market cap limits the easy options

I think some hard choices need to be made here as the company:

1) has no chance of paying down that debt
2) Needs investment in mining to increase output & efficiency

Basic conclusion is there is no investment case right now .....maybe comeback and see in six months ...because its going to take that long to sort out.

Missed that one!

...exploring refinancing opportunities...

Pity that sentence isn't expanded upon; assuming operations are close to spec, I'd say the loan restructure should happen, however I expect equity to be issued to boot.

For that reason I am still out.

Yep the rns this morning stating they were only going to make the interest payment of 430K this month instead of the 20 odd million, no surprise there really

Not good enough.

A full loan restructure/rescheduling and continued 100% operational efficiency are the actions needed to get the share price rising.

Well worth keeping an eye on these still.

sleveen, Placing unlikely. 90%+ of shares in hands of four holders and two biggest taking money in egregious rate of interest. Should soon be sorted.

Company is in better place for sure .....but things do look tight

Q1 Revenues 15m 'cash flows after finance costs - 1.2m
Q2 Revenues 16.2m 'cash flows after finance costs - 0.2m

its going to take a lift in gold price (not happening) or more Capex (where from?) to drive this forwards.....

It does look interesting but I think adding before the finance solution might not be smart

It's not hard to explain why the so is circa 2.5p now, it's in today's RNs. Î also suspect shareholders will bear some pain with a placing.
