Jailbird, I have a reasonable holding in AAZ. I did a top up there this morning.
They had the AGM today. Just holding on here, maybe I will get my money back or not. Not holding a large amount here.

I was expecting news of a restructure of the debt from how the previous RNS was phrased.

From 20/4/2018 RNS:
-- Capital payment due to senior lenders on 29 December 2017 and 29 March 2018 totalling of US $12.96 million have been agreed to be deferred until 30 June 2018;

-- The Company is in discussions with financial lenders to restructure the Group debt facilities;

The Co cannot service their debts , hence repeat waivering of payments.The rates are extortionate too... this is because the lenders view them extremely high risk !The debt is just growing every day

Taking the strike at 1250 they would have to be processing 26,920 and upwards to meet/excede the requirement

Cash reserves at end of March quarter $1.74million, gold reserve at quarter end 1242 so strike price of 1320 for that (beginning of June) 1.63million, $1million left on drawdown if required so maximum $4.37million.

So take operating costs for quarter worst case $13.5million, so to make the $20.25million they at worst they need $29.38million 22,600oz at strike 1300, at best $33.65 upwards which would be 25,961oz upwards.

So they have to have been killing it for the past 10weeks and confident that this is continuing through July.

wiseacre - It looks as though they are just shuffling stock between two parties and being careful so as not to alter the sp, we haven't seen buys/sells going through of this volume for some time.
