MetalNRG plc (LSE:MNRG), the natural resource investing and exploration company, announces that it has changed its accounting reference date from 28(th) February to 31(st) December.

As a result of this change, the Company's next audited financial statements will be for the 10 month period to 31(st) December 2019.
