Mirabeau - No way MOD would risk breaching tough ASX rules in any way at all. I am quite sure that listening to JH & JVR talking in more detail about information released already and plans for 2017 would be enough.

I can't work out whether it is an inverse H&S formation or a cup and handle formation we have broken out from, but either way the chart is strong and MTR looks poised to fly. Fingers crossed.

Surely investors who stumped up A$15m in cash in the recent placing must have some idea about the upcoming assay results? Would those investors seriously stump up that amount of new capital without some form of margin of safety ie pre-knowledge of imminent assay results?

imho due to previous experiance of investing in the far east, the thai float will be a on going concern due to enviromental & political concerns so relieved it will be floated as sepperate company and mtr will get a % if it ever gets into production ? my main reasons for my investment in mtr is for the copper/silver botswana & spain for tungsten.....thai a bonus if any !

yes agree i hold mod & mtr on the map the area between the blue lines are mtr jv mod outside that area in a darker shade of copper is t5 speculation to out preform t3 atb

DW - T5 is not in the JV area. This is 100% MOD.
