21/7/2012 20:02 | not much to talk about regarding MES - a number of finance suiters are there or there abouts. most are looking to see what happens with Horn. If Horn hit then I think there will be a scamble to get bedded with mes. also mes is back into other blocks as well is the rumour i hear. seems they have good relations with the government. the deadline has passed and my understanding is its been extended. so go horn go! meanwhile here's a post from the user "horn1" on stockhouse with a great link to the presentation by Keith Hill. Puntland is mentioned around 11min in Part 1 but well worth viewing all 5 parts. -------------------- h0rn1 7/21/2012 8:23:37 AM | | 265 reads | Post #31300389 HAPPY DAYS!!! OH YEAH!!! ENJOY THE WEEKEND!!! Watch from 11 minutes, managing expectations, $95 million spent on two wells, strong local following, good oil and gas shows, confident oil will flow to the surface, unable to announce discovery until they can flow oil to the surface. HIS PERSONAL OPINION 75/80% chance of following oil given his personal conservative extensive experience! Easy to develop, 60 meters from coast! Commercial volume 70 million barrels, deeper objective to pursue in other areas of the basin (reference truassic 3-7 meters net pay) | mcbeanburger
11/7/2012 22:40 | Price target of 2.1p per share according to seymour pierce in a report they issued today, should not be missed at these unrealistic low levels. Good luck everyone Joe | joeyr2012
04/7/2012 14:04 | Greetings 43rick Added again at 0.84p - no one else seems interested in this profitable co atm. | maytrees
29/6/2012 16:34 | what a pathetic little company this is | viktormeerldrew
29/6/2012 12:49 | TX 43rick - have a good w/e. | maytrees
29/6/2012 11:36 | Maytrees - yes the 0.87p trade must have been a buy - I have just been quoted 0.88p to buy 200k | 43rick
29/6/2012 11:27 | Also recall the fact that the market cap is only 1.4mill - getting rid of 1/3rd of the shares was a very good move - | tomboyb
29/6/2012 11:23 | 43rick. The share buyback occurred after the financial year end. I believe this would reduce cash flow but not profit. The reduced profit margin was due to an increased spend in R&D, marketing etc. Let's hope this spend restores the profit margin for this year and beyond. What wasn't stated in the proforma account was eps would have been 0.21p. | hashertu
29/6/2012 11:20 | I'd guess at 0.87p trade is a buy as a sell would have reduced the bid imho to 0.75p | maytrees
29/6/2012 10:02 | I am particularly reassured by the 26% increase in revenues. The profit would presumably have been £127,500 larger had it not been for about a third of the shares being bought back. I also like - "As the messaging world is changing, from SMS/MMS to IP messaging, we have increased our R&D capacity to stay ahead in the market and to continue to seize opportunities in the messaging space. Specifically, we are investing in the new standards and the emerging devices (e.g. smartphones, tablets etc) and interfaces consumers and enterprises use to send and receive messages. We have already soft launched our new Android Messenger on Google Play and our new iPad Messenger on the Apple Store to be able to demonstrate these new capabilities to our customers." and also - "Our focus remains on increasing our presence within the telecom sector both geographically and technologically. We are a profitable company with a growing team of technical experts that has again proven its ability to provide innovative messaging services that add value to our blue chip customers, thus positioning the Company for continued growth." 29/6/2012 08:29 | Greetings tomboyb and43rick Not bad results at all imho - a profitable niche business co yet hardly any interest. | maytrees
29/6/2012 07:40 | Those results are not bad at all - when u consider a 80mill share reduction over the year - there is growth + increase in cash. | tomboyb

18/6/2012 14:05 | $1m loan just announced looks interesting: relevant extracts read: "...The interest rate on the loan is the London Interbank Offered Rate plus 5.5%. In addition, as part of the agreement, the Company will grant to Mizrahi Tefahot Bank Ltd 3,896,804 warrants exercisable at any time from grant to 17 June 2017. The warrants are exercisable at a price of 0.63p per share representing the average closing price of an ordinary share in the capital of the Company during the last 30 days of trading less 0.2p. Guy Levit, CEO of Messaging International Plc, said, "TeleMessage is committed to developing innovative, cutting-edge products and services for our customers worldwide, and this venture lending will further assist us in these efforts while also affording the company added flexibility in the timing of sales and marketing activities. I am confident that these additional funds will support and further drive the growth that the Company has achieved over recent years, as the products and services developed by TeleMessage gain recognition by blue-chip operators and their users worldwide. This growth potential has clearly been recognised by Mizrahi Tefahot Bank through the thorough due diligence it conducted on the Company. Gaining the continuous support of such a well-established institutional bank is testament to the quality of products and business that we have developed at Messaging International..." | maytrees
12/6/2012 08:48 | Greetings 43rick Added a few just now at 0.875p - Not much interest generally in the mkt but results soon may add some. DYOR | maytrees |
