NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Grant of Conditional Share Awards to PDMRs under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan

The following disclosure is made in accordance with Article 19(3) of the Market Abuse Regulation.

The Company announces that each of the following people, each being a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (a "PDMR"), has on 25 March 2019 been granted nil cost Conditional Share Awards ("Awards") in respect of Ordinary Shares of GBP0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") pursuant to the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP").

The Awards in favour of each of the PDMRs are set out below and all are made under the DBP:
