Thanks fully understand what you say and dont blame you. MT will be in the same boat. He is a very different creature to me. I've years of experience watching AIM listed foreign based frauds come and go, especially Indian ones. Infact it was dominated by Indian scams until the naughties when the Chinese ones came along. There really is no better teacher than years of experience and even then someone thinks of another idea you've not seen before and scams you again.

This will be back at 4p soon. I don't think they can even generate enough to pay the interest on the debt never mind actually post a profit.

Think it's got more to go. Cannot buy much online so this could be heading for double figures

You did right, MRF, Looked a fair quick punt to me - but I'm hamstrung by a long history in marine civil engineering and could not bring myself to bet on one solitary high investment project lauded by an interested party. Just couldn't do it.

I wonder how long that keen young finance director will last once he's been through the books? It's cost HOW MUCH to achieve so little?

High quality new NED gives confidence...

"The Company is also delighted to announce that John Fitzgerald will join the board as a non-executive director following the Company's AGM, bringing a background of commercial, operational, strategic planning, performance management and other experience to MPL. Mr Fitzgerald has significant port experience, having served as an Executive Director on the board of Associated British Ports, the UK's leading port operator, for over 12 years, and served alongside MPL director, Peter Jones, during that time. Mr Fitzgerald spent over 18 years in total with Associated British Ports, leading some of the UK's most significant port infrastructure projects developed in recent years, and heading up the Humber Ports, Associated British Port's largest operational division and the UK's busiest port complex. Mr Fitzgerald also recently served as Regional Chairman for the Confederation of British Industry."

Its probably enough news to attract enough excitement to make the share easily double or quadruple from here though. Therefore I've taken a punt.

One does wonder why the existing NEDs have decided to move on just as the company is turning the corner. Suggests to me there is something we're not yet privy to...

Exactly. Imagine the effect if the 2 NEDS had resigned in isolation

Certainly 'sounds' extremely Positive. Was it prompted by the resignation of the 2 NED's, and Overkill steps in?
