The Directors have declared that a fourth quarterly interim dividend of 2.55 pence per share will be paid on 8th May 2019 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 5th April 2019. The ex-dividend date will be 4th April 2019. This brings the total dividend for the financial year ended 31st January 2019 to 6.30 pence, a 19% increase on last year's total dividend of 5.30 pence per share (restated to account for the share split effected in May 2018).
