The Company has been notified that on 18 May 2018 Mrs Gioia acquired an interest in 60 ordinary shares of 5p each by means of the purchase of 30 American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") (one ADR being equivalent to two shares) on the US over-the-counter market at a price of 481.73 pence per share (being the equivalent of USD$13.29 per ADR using an exchange rate of 1.3794).
