14/7/2008 10:55 | have nt looked through the accounts but it is strange to see a big rise in overheads when they have been aware of the problems with the market. Good increase in turnover but they have a very bad name here as they dont pay commissions | bluenose851
01/7/2008 08:09 | "Turnover rose 30% in the year to £10.5 million, but I regret to report that the Group recorded a loss before tax of £1.3 million. Clearly this was a very disappointing performance, but reflects the position we announced in our trading update in February. The Group's revenue in the second half of the year was only £4.6 million on a re-stated basis, a reflection not only of slowing activity, but also of the difficulties we have experienced as a result of our dependence on third parties to complete the sales processes in a timely manner. Turnover £10,500,000 Loss before tax £1,297,000 (2006: £1,048,000) Increase in revenue of £2,471,000 Earnings per share (loss) 1.76p (2006: 1.67p) | flateric

30/4/2008 11:49 | Medsea Estates says 2007 accounts delayed, date to be notified LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Medsea Estates Group Plc. said that has been a delay in finalising its 2007 report and accounts. The property company did not give reasons for the delay. In its trading statement February, Medsea said it was expecting to release its full year to end-Dec 2007 results in the second half of April. Volumes of sold properties in the second half were materially below its expectations, it said at the time. Medsea said in Wednesday's statement that the release date for the report would be notified "in due course". | jamesclives

18/2/2008 10:01 | When are the figures due? This one has been sold down due lack of interest, lack of news, and speculation. I'd be interested to know if the figures are due. Fundamentally I bet this is a buy. | flateric

12/2/2008 17:29 | market cap down to £1.95m @2.5p,dead in the Med now? | thailand
16/1/2008 07:36 | Maybe they should give some sort of trading update? It's been a while. That would be correct for a company whose share price has fallen from 85p listing to 3.8p. | flateric |
