Medica Group Plc (LSE: MGP, "Medica" or the "Company"), the UK market leader in the provision of teleradiology services, received notification from Mr John Graham, Chief Executive Officer of Medica, that on 21 September 2018 he sold a total of 1,350,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p in the Company ("Shares") at an average price of GBP1.5662 per share.

Following this transaction, John Graham continues to hold 2,258,248 shares, representing aproximately 2% of the issued share capital of the Company.
