13/5/2008 15:29 | Well I give up. You never did answer my question buy the way. Which trades would you attach more weight too, the two 250k trades at roughly the market price or 39 million at a 60% premium? | techmark
13/5/2008 15:22 | It's the way you tell it. Very rude. | knowing
13/5/2008 15:21 | I know exactly from Flo because three times i sold in the 90's and twice i bought them back in the low 80's !, first time i paid 63p. And how did i do that ?, because i used online limits to tell me when the mm's were short and when they had stock ! I dont understand you lot at times, all i did was point out the truth and this is what happens !!! | 8trader
13/5/2008 15:10 | 8Trader, Yeah but who cares? Every trade has a buyer and a seller. And lets be honest 250,000 shares is not a massive amount of money about 15K by my reckoning, it could be a private investor that got bored. Anyway, I would certainly give more creditability to the person who forked out for the 39 million shares at 60% premium yesterday, wouldn't you? Regards | techmark
13/5/2008 15:04 | The trades at 5.85p that show up as sales on advfn are actually buys, a mm has a seller and was happy to offer stock slightly below the mid price which makes them show as sales when they are buys. | 8trader
13/5/2008 15:00 | 8trader, What exactly do you mean when you say a trade is a buy? | techmark
13/5/2008 14:08 | 250Ks are rollovers | knowing
13/5/2008 13:16 | that's some large sells being soaked up by the MM's, obviously a big buyer about imo. CR | cockneyrebel
13/5/2008 12:50 | Not sure Parry's got to grips with the business yet, but there is value in some of MSQ's indiviudal companies. I'm not convinced by their senior team, but have got back in at 5.85 too. | rolandspike
13/5/2008 11:50 | Just picked up 50K of these at 5.85 Looks a good recovery stock. | tornadodown
13/5/2008 10:14 | ETQ did the same directors bought very large well over the offer price a few months back. When the news hit it near on doubled. Not saying it will happen here, it would be nice to know what the trade was though. Yet no RNS. Could be anything lets wait and see. | love it
13/5/2008 09:36 | Well this looks interesting. You don't go paying a 60% premium to the current market price to land yourself 39 million shares at 8.56p unless you have good reason. | techmark
13/5/2008 09:18 | Massive CFD then! Steady buying at the mo took a punt on these. 3 bid 2 offer L2 One MM seems to have some stock when he moves should get interesting. | love it
13/5/2008 08:35 | it will be a closed cfd - ie the average price that mf global have come in at over the last six mths or so (see RNS) what will be very interesting is to see who has been behind it, as presumably mf global will have to declare a zero position now, and someone else will haev to declare that they have a 10%+ stake. | markie7
13/5/2008 07:56 | they must have sold to someone @ 8.6p tho surely? So who is paying that much and why? CR | cockneyrebel
12/5/2008 22:02 | Look at the price the drop happened That trade was what caused it and what has been suppressing the price. Now it has gone the stock could well recover. | knowing
12/5/2008 21:56 | It's the overhang and I'll tell you why..... | knowing
12/5/2008 21:36 | that's a huge trade at over 50% premium to the market - who would have had that off MF? Last time I saw a trade like that over market price was FLO - they had a bid for the company at the price of that trade way over market within weeks. Might be some fun for holders here. CR | cockneyrebel
12/5/2008 20:36 | Nail on head. | dalcon01
12/5/2008 20:09 | mf global closing the long cfd? | markie7 |
