24/7/2007 20:23 | Space best of luck with your holding - There was more bad news about CMW loosing Porsche's £1million account in marketing week last week. I dont believe that this stock can fall much further but i think it has a long way to go before it starts to show its true worth. There needs to be some feel good stories posted to make the investors smile a little and breath new life into this stock. If you are in it for the long term (which you seem to be) then hopefully you will start to see some relief in the next 8 - 12 months in the meantime i will keep my eye on the shares from a distance | roberto volpe
24/7/2007 09:38 | PB, Must agree to doubts over the appointment of Parry - as you say JM was a grafter and a tough act to follow. I suspect that JM's departure was more to do with showing the Market a clean slate. On the TS, I wasn't too concerned but time will tell. Hopefully, the reduction in debt and rationalisation of recent months will do the trick. As you may gather, I do retain a substantial holding and intend adding at these lows because I believe that the MCap simply doesn't reflect the potential of the Company. | spaceparallax
24/7/2007 08:38 | space - things don't look right, do they. I don't have a position, so my observations are disinterested ones. The new chairman's remuneration seems distinctly odd - why anyone should be paid a c£400K bonus for staying in the job for a year beats me, on top of a very generous salary. It strikes me that MSQ is merely paying Parry back for the shares he was required to purchase. Not much committment there, then. I don't like the current trading statement - it talks of a slow start to the year; it so often happens that this is merely a primer for another profits warning. OK, I don't know - but the market's reaction since the results tells its own story. Finally, Middleton's departure whilst expected is not great news; he's a grafter, knows the business well and is certainly better equipped than Parry to guide MSQ through its current troubles. Parry has no loyalty to talk of, and will probably divest the separate businesses as quickly as he can. That might create some shareholder value, but equally it might not. | pbracken
23/7/2007 14:39 | Amazed to see the 1.3M SELL @ a measly 9p! Sell by all means, but why choose this moment to exit? | spaceparallax
18/7/2007 16:05 | Sad to hear that you've bitten the dust - good luck. | spaceparallax
17/7/2007 15:31 | Looks like another 4M buy-back. | spaceparallax
16/7/2007 10:25 | Good to see the first buy-back processed and at an attractive price - no doubt there'll be more to come. | spaceparallax
13/7/2007 14:15 | Hmmm! I can see that your thoughts are rather scrambled - your turn. | spaceparallax

12/7/2007 16:33 | Markie, space and bletherer, the article on mad doesnt actually say that Dynamo has lost the Coke work it just says that they were one of the companies who pitched for the £15m account and didnt get it. It does say that they were the emcumbant agency though so make of it what you will. Space i still havent made up my mind if you are or aren't JM but lets just see how the shares perfom over the next day or two | roberto volpe
12/7/2007 16:19 | Methinks we have a buyback in progress i.e. the 500K chunks. | spaceparallax
12/7/2007 14:28 | Markie/Bleth, Thanks - it was worth all the posts to convince you that I'm not JM. | spaceparallax
12/7/2007 13:57 | space - there's a link to an article at mad.co.uk which claims Arc has won a £15m contract from Coke. Full article only for subscribers though so I can't tell if it's a "steal" from MSQ. Also an article from the Sunday Times is discussed there, about a spat between McKenzie and Parry. Not too much real news in it, though quite entertaining. | bletherer
12/7/2007 13:57 | type "dynamo" and "coke" into advanced search engine. I dunno, what is this? a stocks chat room or something? OK, I now agree you are not JM by the way. ;-) | markie7
12/7/2007 13:31 | Impressive response time - I did try the site before post 546, but couldn't locate the article then and still can't. It might be in the members only area, which precludes me. | spaceparallax
12/7/2007 12:44 | Markie, Could you elaborate please? | spaceparallax
11/7/2007 19:58 | big contract loss reported over on iii board. looks like Dynamo have lost Coke. | markie7 |
