I haven't Seen any director resignations, so isn't it a case of people being added to the team rather than a change?

I see the shares in US took a bit of a knock Friday so today the share price over here just following suit.

The delay in annoucing the US Trials was disappointing here. I understand there was a change in management and the new team need time to reassess the situation but it seems this has held up progress.

Will look to buy more of these next year if it goes any lower here but for the next couple of months not expecting anything of note here.

The new Management team might have a good track record but just not sure where they plan on taking the company now so will wait for things to settle.

Interesting comment in the third quarter results today;

"We are excited to be building upon the Company's strong scientific and technological foundation, and are refining new strategic initiatives to advance the clinical development program in carefully selected specialty and orphan indications," stated Michael Cola

I wonder what these new strategic initiatives are? Partnering with others I hope. Perhaps we will get news in tomorrow's call.

The bad news in the quarter is the $6m loss. At that rate they will run out of cash in 12 months.

I see that there is an investor conference call on Friday. Hopefully there may be hint of business strategy from the new management team, it would be good if they could find some joint venture partners and prove that other big pharma endorse the technology.

I have recently sold a good part of my holding and bought more Immupharma (IMM) since I think there will be positive news on that one over the next month or two. So I actually hope there is not too much progress to report on Friday!

A few months ago I was thinking to myself that perhaps I was investing 10 years too soon in this company. However, the string of appointments, including today's announcement, makes me feel that this company is gearing up for a whole series of deals across a range of protein therapies. I can't see them patiently waiting as we go through phase I to III on our own. As it says in the header the company is aimed at the whole $130 billion plus per year market and the guys associated with it are not the types to sit on their hands and wait. Now feels like a good time to be invested, just my opinion.

Kal, I think your right, some sort of transfer of stock.

The new hire today is pretty serious stuff. Bill worked at Baxters from 1966 to 1987 and left as President. The company now have 10 directors earning serious money and bill will want his options as well.

Next year will certainly be an interesting year here. Thats for sure.

Very quiet here as we twiddle our thumbs waiting on news about the start of the US Epodure trial and some interim Infradure trial results due out of Israel.

There was a bit of a bounce in the US today so hopefully that is the end of the recent downward slide.

237gmoney - I could be wrong, but I THINK he was selling them and buying them back in some form of pension or trust - have a look again on the NASDAQ notification and see what you think - so not truly spending more money - it would be nice if he was! Still - he has spent a lot several weeks ago.

Anyone know what period of time, if any, on NSADAQ a director has to ensure there is, between purchasing shares him or herself and an announcement of good or bad news, so as to avoid charges of insider trading? IF there is one, it might give us a clue when the earliest date is the trials/trial results could be announced, working backwards from his original purchase. Under the pretence of 105b director purchace schemes you can basically do it when you want, but I would like to hope MEDGENICs will not be using such tokenism. There is no record of him using a 105b scheme, but I dont know if that has to be published on the notification or not.

More options awarded to our chairman Mr Barer last night. 450k and 200k by the looks of it. 450k at $10.80 for his wife but still a pretty decent whack.

Loading up before the trials start. Can't be long now.

Another director buy announced last night in the US. 25k @ $7 a share. Not messing about over there. They are all loading up before the US Trials are announced.

Yeah very odd trades in the US. You can clearly see there were two trades at 1pm today one for 400 @ 7.3 yet it opens down. Maybe delayed trades from friday?

Bound to be some profit takers though as it rose 87% last week.
