Annual Financial Report 2022 and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2023

The Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2022 (the "2022 Annual Report") and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2023 (the "2023 Notice of Meeting") has today been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders. In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 and Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 6.3.5, a copy of the 2022 Annual Report in unedited full text is being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.

The 2022 Annual Report and 2023 Notice of Meeting are also available on the Company's website at https://www.mearsgroup.co.uk .
