MaxCyte Announces Research Agreement

with Kite, a Gilead Company

Gaithersburg, Maryland - 12 November 2018: MaxCyte (LSE: MXCT, MXCR), the global cell-based medicines and life sciences company, announced today that it has entered into a research agreement with Kite, a Gilead Company. Under the terms of the agreement, Kite will use MaxCyte's Flow Electroporation(R) Technology platform to enable non-viral cell engineering.
