The Directors confirm:

-- Net asset value (NAV)(1) of 52.49p per Ordinary Share as at 31 December 2018, compared to 54.49p at 30 September 2018; and

-- NAV total return(2) of 57.34p per Ordinary Share as at 31 December 2018, compared to 59.34p at 30 September 2018.

Notes:

(1) The NAV at 31 December 2018 is unaudited and reflects the closing bid price of quoted securities as at that date. Unlisted companies are normally valued on a six monthly basis; the NAV incorporates the Directors' valuation of unlisted investments as at 30 September 2018, adjusted for subsequent events where appropriate.

(2) NAV total return is the sum of NAV per share and dividends paid per share since launch.
