Net Asset Value (NAV) - Dividend Investment Scheme (DIS)
The Board of Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC (the Company) has announced previously that the NAV per share of the Company as at 31 December 2017 was 85.97p and that an interim dividend of 8.90p per share in respect of the year ending 31 December 2018 would be paid on 13 April 2018, to Shareholders on the register at close of business on 16 March 2018. Furthermore, in respect of Shareholders who had, by no later than 3 April 2018, elected to participate in the DIS, the Company will use the amount paid in respect of the above interim dividend to subscribe for new ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) to be issued at a price equivalent to the latest announced NAV per share.
The Board confirms that, following the payment of the above dividend, the effective NAV per share of the Company is 77.07p and that this will be the price used in the calculation of the number of Ordinary Shares to be allotted under the DIS, the issue of which will be confirmed in a separate announcement in due course.
