Mattioli Woods (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business, announces that on 3 January 2019 Ian Mattioli, Chief Executive Officer and PDMR, transferred 73,801 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into a charitable trust for nil consideration.

Ian Mattioli's total interest in Ordinary Shares therefore remains unchanged at 3,299,295 Ordinary Shares, representing 12.51%, which includes shares held by his spouse and the charitable trust under his direction.
