Sale Offer - Supplementary Report

Further to the previous announcement made by Matomy Media Group Ltd. (LSE: MTMY, TASE: MTMY.TA) ("Matomy" or the "Company") on April 4, 2019 regarding a conditioned offer received by the Company for the sale of all of its shares in Team Internet AG ("Team Internet") (90%) to Rainmaker Investments GmbH and a partner designated by it, (the "Purchaser" and the "Sale Offer", respectively) (RNS Number 2145V), the Company hereby announces that the Purchaser has exercised its right to extend the due diligence period by additional 30 days (i.e. until June 10, 2019). As noted in the previous announcement, the performance of a satisfactory due diligence by the Purchaser is one of the conditions precedent of the Sale Offer.
