Looks excellent, only 270K can be issued as 1p shares. The new company should be valued at just over 2m pounds giving what happened to PME which is about 8p per share, IMHO.

I need to do some more research on this one to work out how many shares others will have for 1p. I think there only allowed 1 share for every 10 they hold. Though I am not entitled a little cash will come in very handy to the company as they become involved with the fast growing sector broadband.

Recent buyers of 7p like myself who has half left can surely only benefit, all low caps give great returns when relisting since they cant surely relist with a 200K cap again or less, if they do I can ensure the company will have the same problem and have to suspend again as the like of me help the share price to increase.

"take a look at ADL recent fall looks over done and a rise back to 5p looks possible"

if they do what Microcap Equities did, formerly Underwriting and Subscription, then they come back at 10p and may rise to 14p, because they to gave shareholders shares at 1p and were valued at little more than a house price.

I just sold 7,500 and have just under half left. I would feel broken hearted if I sold them all since these may well come back a 10 bagger if they Dail Mail is right. The 1p issue may well be cancelled then, well worth the gambler and higher with better odds than your local casino.
