13/6/2007 08:40 | indeed jailbird ;-) | zarophe
13/6/2007 08:35 | seyp 77/82 wins 78/83 looks like an early buy earlier this morning has taken seyp finally. Any buying will get this moving now. We need a contract or media coverage to get this going again... it is not on peeps radar IMO. | jailbird
05/6/2007 08:05 | wins 79/84p seyp 75/80p looks like a MM buy by WINS ,may be on it's way again. | jailbird
04/6/2007 12:02 | WINS ticking up..looks like peeps buying off him. WINS is trying to push SEYP up too...i can see another MM buy coming soon. | jailbird
03/6/2007 12:41 | Kaitech controlled the almost entire shareholding of MATICA (now about 50%). The decision to quote MAT was to cash in and invest to buy the remaining of gruppo pro. Kaitech last results were not that good (hence the drop in share price from 48 to abot 40). Matica was the most interesting bit of Kaitech. | toledo100
01/6/2007 09:06 | good, let us focus on matica, as this company is doing very well. | jailbird
01/6/2007 09:04 | Thanks for that. I did find : Kaitech Group reported earnings results for the first half ended June 30, 2006. For the period, the company reported net loss of 382,000 ( $484.7 million) compared to a net loss of 3.3 million ( $4.2 million) for the year-ago period. Turnover was 9.8 million against 13.7 million for the same period last year. EBITDA was 1.0 million against loss of 2.0 million for the same period a year earlier. last night and I think the typo registered more than the actual figure! | hebgb
01/6/2007 08:15 | All the major shareholders have 12 month lock-in if i remember correctly from the admission document. Ive not checked their results out but large losses can due to exceptional write offs etc so im not particularly concerned. Matica are doing fine in a growing market and thats all that counts. | nickcduk
01/6/2007 08:00 | heb, I would not worry about that as u said we have no later info. Any how if we take the worst case scenerio and Kaitech had to sell up..that is 5M shares...i'm sure there will be plenty of takers as there is no stock around anyhow...so do not worry | jailbird
01/6/2007 07:52 | Has anyone any information on Kaitech, the company's largest shareholder with over 50%? I note that last year they made quite a heavy loss, but as I have no direct access to companies on the Italian Exchange, it's difficult to find out more. Something 'nasty in the woodshed' there could have an adverse effect here. | hebgb
31/5/2007 18:19 | i was lucky to get in at sub 70p, but it seemed a no-brainer - basically no holder can have any shares to sell at a material profit until we get beyond 80p, and even then I think most will wait until 100p until they even remotely consider taking a profit. So if anyone wants to buy in, the price must go up. My big thanks to Jailbird who mentioned these on EDA - beer on its way :-) | anusol
31/5/2007 16:29 | nice to see a 10k 'T' trade @82p...i do not expect there really is much stock around. | jailbird
31/5/2007 15:41 | LOL...are they reading this board...well nice to be right for a change. | jailbird
31/5/2007 15:20 | To hear is to obey, oh mighty jailbird. | hebgb
31/5/2007 14:55 | yes..only 10M in issue...very tiny is free float. I do not know why WINS does do a MM buy from SEYP..that will get him going. | jailbird
31/5/2007 14:27 | is volume really as tight as todays movement suggests? 2 tiny buys and we go up 2p. | anusol
31/5/2007 14:08 | Can't see much upside unless we have serious buyers/buy notes. I'll be happy with 30% from here. | mustau
31/5/2007 12:57 | 50K @ 67.5p late trade ... seller cleared? | mr.oz
31/5/2007 08:21 | Its a shame Seymour Pierce are still on the offer. WINS are desperate to get in on action and thats why they keep on nudging the bid higher. Once Seymour are no longer on the offer I would imagine the overhang will have truly cleared. Thats when a return to 100p+ should be possible. | nickcduk
31/5/2007 08:14 | Nice tick up to start the day | anusol
30/5/2007 18:01 | mine was the last trade of the day - rang the selftrade dealing desk - had to pay 73.75 | zarophe
30/5/2007 15:54 | I used Selftrade earlier, but only £1,500 so thats probably why it went through. Only wanting to dip my toes for now, as havent had chance to do full read up on this company yet. | anusol |
