Conclusion
The UK has entered a period of uncertainty and significant economic adjustment. The
efforts of the Bank of England will not be able fully and immediately to offset the
market and economic volatility that can be expected while this adjustment proceeds.

Dunno how anyone other than a faultless visionary could have a sure-fire opinion
on this share, & many other builder shares for that matter.

Brexit! - No comment needed. A string of property funds are now frozen.
That doesn't mean bust, but these are illiquid & fail all the stress tests
in markets such as this one (forced selling would COLLAPSE property prices, so
the measure is sane).

Property prices have been on an uninterrupted run for years & years, & could
need a hard adjustment to meet affordability for Mr Jones,
but there's still a property shortage - go figure!
Something is going have to give, & a big housebuilding programme is needed.

I hold just a few MSLH & haven't bothered to sell. The update is positive,
balance sheet sound enough & the world won't end tomorrow.
I'll keep watching this thread, although seven posts out of ten are filtered (!)
& even the Wizard of Oz would get a deaf ear from me if he tried to tell me exactly what MSLH is worth, & many other builder shares for that matter.

Interesting double bottom on the chart, tho', as long as it holds, but who knows?

Well spotted Discodave, blondedogmon is a cretin, a CR disciple

U.K. economic growth slowed to 0.4 percent in the first three months of the year, down from 0.6 percent in the fourth quarter of 2015.

Sold out yesterday for a modest profit and not getting back in as brexit is a game changer here, too heavily dependent on government work which is about to dry up.

Could be in for a technical bounce next week.
