17/11/2016 00:37 | Again lots of buys today however no price movement | csmwssk12hu
16/11/2016 00:19 | Big buys today | csmwssk12hu
14/11/2016 00:06 | Wow a week with no other posts, making money paying dividends that's all that matters | csmwssk12hu
06/11/2016 00:29 | New care sales and used car sales up pe of 7 and paying dividends, not put a step wrong since float but doesn't seem to get coverage in my opinion, seventh biggest car dealer in UK, don't think it will stay independent for much longer imho | csmwssk12hu
01/11/2016 00:09 | Are results due soon on these? | csmwssk12hu
18/10/2016 08:29 | Having the same thoughts..... I too am overweight but despite strong urges to buy MMH yesterday I did not! | jaf111
18/10/2016 08:20 | I was unsure whether to buy yesterday as I'm a bit over exposed to the sector at the moment (and underwater) with VTU and CAMB, but couldn't resist these at the dip price. Just seen 2 directors topping up this morning as well. | mortimer7
18/10/2016 08:01 | Good timing Mortimer..... | jaf111
18/10/2016 07:47 | Looks like from statement results will most likely be ahead of expectations imho | csmwssk12hu
18/10/2016 07:22 | Thank you Marshalls - right on cue | mortimer7
17/10/2016 18:19 | Bought in today at 134p. Manufacturers will suffer more than dealers, with sterling etc, as they're solely reliant on the new car market. Dealers have the used car market & several years of increased aftersales business to bolster their profits. | mortimer7
17/10/2016 17:03 | All the car dealers are unloved at present. | salpara111
03/10/2016 13:48 | I have arranged for the company to present to a group of us this Friday from noon if any of you are interested in coming along ? Harvey Nash and Learning Tech will also present. Just email me at mellomeeting.co.uk for further info | davidosh
25/9/2016 14:47 | Mewbie here looking for first time. Presumably the fear surrounds the German brands and how sales will fare if prices have to go up to compensate for devaluation of Pound v Euro. | droid
23/8/2016 19:46 | MMH Interims out last week seemed pretty solid but the real growth should come next year following the "transformation" acquisition of Ridgeway in May. Am certainly looking forward to Trading Statement from Cambria due early September.....althou | jaf111
23/8/2016 16:26 | Yes....I only bought in here about three weeks ago as I felt they were undervalued and with results due to help get a clearer picture. CAMB still by far my largest holding in the sector but that has been over four years built up. | davidosh
23/8/2016 12:40 | good to see you on the MMH board davidosh. I know you are a keen fan of CAMB; is your interest in MMH recent??? IMO CAM and MMH are the picks of a very under rated sector so am expecting a considerable uplift in share price....in the case of MMH eps are forecast at almost 30p next year so feel 240p achievable | jaf111
23/8/2016 11:17 | Second hand market is doing fine... | davidosh
17/8/2016 12:50 | Investec reiterated its broker consensus on shares of Marshall Motor Holdings PLC (LON:MMH) giving the company a ‘Buy’ rating. Investec gave shares of Marshall Motor Holdings PLC a price target of 275 indicating a potential increase of 74.05% from Marshall Motor Holdings PLC’s current price of 158. | jaf111
16/8/2016 07:23 | Looking good. | patientcapital
16/8/2016 07:01 | Interims out.....all seems pretty good. Investec had eps forecasts of 23.5p this year rising to 29.7p next year putting Marshall on a ridiculously cheap rating.......surely a re-rating well overdue? | jaf111
13/7/2016 06:51 | Summary The Group's record performance in the first half of the year was strong and in line with the Board's expectations. --------------- The only worry would be if the Brexit vote as slowed sales and if so how long will the companies / public hold off from buying ?. I do not presently hold. | tenapen
12/7/2016 10:41 | well I've bought some here...hoping BREXIT doesnt knacker the business going fwd ! | value viper
07/6/2016 08:44 | Fair point re earnings dilution from more shares in issue...... BUT pleased to see share re-rating has started......No surprise....Investec have revised target price from 230p to 375p and are forecasting EPS of 23.5p in 2016 rising to 29.6p in 2017. So whilst I think 375p is a rather optimistic target I do think the re-rating has a lot further to run...... | jaf111 |
