Marlowe plc ("Marlowe", the "Group" or the "Company"), the UK leader in business-critical services and software which assure safety and regulatory compliance, announces that Adam Councell, the Group's Chief Financial Officer, purchased 6,300 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 780 pence per Ordinary Share on 4 July 2022.

As a result, Adam Councell is now interested in 28,438 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.03% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
