CLO PRICING ANNOUNCEMENT

Marble Point Loan Financing Limited ("MPLF") has committed to invest US$26.2 million in Marble Point CLO XIV Ltd. ("Marble Point CLO XIV"), a new issue CLO.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC acted as placement agent in respect of the Marble Point CLO XIV notes.

Marble Point CLO XIV is expected to have, approximately, a five year reinvestment period, two year non-call period and 13 year maturity. Its expected weighted average cost of debt is LIBOR + 195 basis points.(2)

MPLF's investment in the CLO is subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions applicable to Marble Point CLO XIV.
