Dividend Declaration - Replacement

Q4 2018 Dividend

The Board of Directors of Marble Point Loan Financing Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce a dividend in respect of the quarter ending 31 December 2018. The dividend will be payable to the Company's shareholders of record as detailed below:

 
 Dividend:           $0.02 per ordinary share 
 Record Date:        18 January 2019 
 Ex-Dividend Date:   17 January 2019 
 Payment Date:       30 January 2019 
 

Upon payment of the dividend, the Company will have declared and paid four quarterly dividends in respect of 2018 in the aggregate amount of US$0.0704 per ordinary share. This figure represents an annualised dividend of 8% per annum based on the IPO price of US$1.00 per ordinary share in respect of the period as from the Company's IPO and admission to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 13 February 2018.
