Press release doesn't answer the questions, on the face of it they have turned down a better offer. There are smoke and mirrors at play here...I still feel we are being stitched up here.BoD need to do some seriously explaining on why a deal that leaves us shareholders heavily diluted with just 24% of an ethanlol business, an "associate" walks away with oil and refining business with mkt value per offer of circa $50M and also get 76% of the ethanol business. Maths don't add up.

Send email to nomads asking why maple energy have disclosed the 2nd offer made to them. They will have no choice but rns the 2nd offer.
