28/3/2018 12:53 | Can they pay a dividend yet? Tiger | castleford tiger
28/3/2018 12:44 | MFX have issued updates on the 2 acquisitions over the last week or so, the rumour in the island is that they have also acquired a small UK Bank, will have to see if this is true or not over the next few weeks. Maybe we might get the promised dividend payments agreed at this years AGM? | manxdpp1
19/3/2018 22:58 | Well I wouldn't want to be invested in any company where Jim Mellon had any significant say. | value hound
19/3/2018 14:18 | Very little discussion and the market still offering the shares far too cheap. This has to be worth 25p ? Its profitable and is well backed by assets. The VAT issue may get sorted this year and it looks to me if we have moved to a new level. So I agree 2.5p eps this year. I am very happy to remain a holder and may buy more tiger | castleford tiger
16/3/2018 08:13 | Amazing results. Given second half performance we should have another huge bump up for this year. Was looking to get shot but had a bit of change of heart this morning. Over 1.2p of earnings in the second half of the year so would have though 2.5p isn't out of the question. This is fully diulted eps rather than headline. Trading on less than 6 times earnings it seems. | horndean eagle
29/1/2018 18:28 | here we go its started tiger | castleford tiger
18/1/2018 17:21 | Don’t get caught. Market looking for stock. Expect another push to 14 first | castleford tiger
16/1/2018 19:38 | Hey up spotted that one tiger!! No 4 in the charts today. That 740 k at 14.7 might look like a good deal if we hit 20 p Tiger | castleford tiger
16/1/2018 12:07 | Won't take much buying for this to move meaningfully higher. I don't think mm's hold many shares as it's not had much turnover or interest from investors over the last couple of years or so. Once this comes back on investors radar and hopefully because of the business growing it's profits then we should get a more realistic valuation and greater liquidity. | nick rubens
15/1/2018 22:21 | Its started today again hold tight tiger | castleford tiger
14/1/2018 18:17 | Just looked back at the posts and see it's already been noted. :) | nick rubens
14/1/2018 18:14 | There was a huge delayed buy on that spike late December. If I remember correctly it was for around 700,000 shares bought at 14p (maybe 740,000?). I didn't think the share price would slip again after that, but it did so I added a few on this dip. That's a purchase of around 0.53-0.57% of the company at 14p. | nick rubens
23/12/2017 17:31 | The NED guys are holding this up tho. Juan took it nowhere and left under a cloud? We need to make the money work harder and instead of providing Finance companies funds at 5 or 6% we need to take the full 10%. I would do this by buying smaller operators........tho 2 deals of this size would generate an extra 4/6 million with very limited exposure. The only area that I don't like is car finance as I feel at some point people will start to walk away at the end of a deal leaving someone holding a loss. Huge potential for this company but we shareholders need to start to see a return. Tiger | castleford tiger
23/12/2017 14:28 | This needs a shake up missing so much finance opportunities in the UK. As i said we should be buying some smaller finance houses (due to the amount of regulation they face)THAT ARE ABOUT In the UK Season tickets/cars there are lots to go at. Come on JIM get a keen man in there and tempt him with some good returns if he can get shareholders some too. Tiger | castleford tiger
23/12/2017 10:23 | Fake News Quote Well as you can see all is doing well here and all managers are doing a great job as indicated by the best share price of 14p we have seen for years during this latest period. Due to this excellent share price we figured why be bothered engaging with public investor more as they obvioulsy already love us. Unquote | m1keg
22/12/2017 18:34 | so someone wanted some shares and ploughed in to buy 750k at 5p above market price? Where and how did MM quote that price? Also rise was steady and not just a straight up. After buying the stake you are happy to lose 45% as the FAKE price drifts back. I just don't buy it. Tiger | castleford tiger
21/12/2017 20:06 | Showing on todays trades but I think the trade was Tuesday and was 1-45 which is when the rise started | balcony
21/12/2017 18:19 | WHAT 750k at 14p? When was that? tiger | castleford tiger
21/12/2017 17:47 | Looks like that 750k at 14p caused the spike | balcony
19/12/2017 22:33 | Not that many shares bought for today's spike, but a lot more than hardly any traded on most days. Always thought it was too cheap, I should have averaged down a few, but forgot about it for the most part. Is it possible a takeover offer might be coming? | nick rubens
19/12/2017 22:01 | Someone must know something? Tipped? Volume nothing so what caused the spike? Or is it just an over hang removed? Tiger | castleford tiger
19/12/2017 19:33 | Nice one ! | chinese investor
19/12/2017 17:57 | No idea!! Tiger | castleford tiger
