You could be right about a fund raising bookbroker, but I would be happy to see that so they could support the large recent orders. An open offer would be nice, so that PIs could also participate, but I know that is very unlikely to happen.

Sellers in this stock at the moment, need some sort of trading update as in previous years, seems to be rattling investors that we haven't yet had one, are they considering some sort of cash raising to support balance sheet, why the falls when such positive news being emitted by co. thus far in 2013, despite being up twenty per cent so far this year!

Oh, and the 50 day MA of Sid looks as though it will cross back down through the 200 day some time soon.....

BB - I read the post about SID. I think there are significant differences, not least prospective PE of 8 there, and ( by my calculation) below 3 here. Also, I'd be pretty sure MAN have the finance in place to deliver on their orders - and I'm also pretty sure they don't turn a lathe without cash upfront. I accept we are all looking for " delivery" now. I just hope they get the chance to do so. I keep coming back to another deal in the offing and that it will be a game changer.

Well, I SUPPOSE that's the cross, albeit a pretty anaemic one.....

Just read an article on this board about 'Silverdell', main topic of discussion with CE seemed to be working capital, I'd say a striking similarity to many small cos., but Manroy could apply to this situation, decent sized contracts to be fulfilled, noticed in their annual report for 2012 employment costs seemed to practically double from the year before, somewhat surprising on the fact that no more mouths to feed.

I'd just say that whichever director was in the US a while back was there as a matter of routine, know so little about MUSA, but someone has to ensure the business runs smoothly over there, inevitable that they have to make trips on a reasonably regular basis.

Holding on to gains would be the least I would expect, after all the recent comments from the co. suggests the forward visibility has been transformed. Remember we're talking about a £12m mkt cap. here, and a very low free float.

As Battlebus says, holding on to recent gains is a positive. I would have thought that its only a matter of time before further orders are announced.

Let's face it, with record order books and the prospect of further orders to underpin revenue these should be considerably higher, off course the market wishes to see bottom line profit and to meet forecasts, but judging by where they were twelve months ago, the outlook has been transformed. personally i would like to top up but am just watching on the sidelines to at least see the price consolidate.

The fact we have held onto most of that recent rise says it all for me.

This golden cross does not seem to be having the desired effect, I hope that there will be a soon to be released trading update for half year that might be the catalyst for an upward move!

Be informative if they were so kind as to enlighten us on half year trading update, despite recent contract news, this has got a heck of a long way to go so as in order to climb back to post IPO levels, even better if we got some more order news, but most probably wishful thinking!

Haven't seen that anywhere BB2 - where did it come from? A friend knows one of the directors who would appear to be STILL in USA.
