Guys I think this must be good news. No dilution which was a big concern by some and as this has gone on so long one could assume that things have been improving and that things are not as tight as they were. Geely would not want to jepordise their investment here.

Up again this morning despite advfn chart data wrong.

Looks to be a lot of momentum behind this one.

The beginning of the end ?

Certainly looks like it, this placing has gone on far too long and it wouldn't surprise me if it is heavily discounted followed by a takeover.

Group FD resigns with immediate effect: "to take up a new position outside the Group and will therefore step down from the Board...While discussions continue in relation to the placing of 20 million ordinary shares with the Geely Group...Tony Pearman, Group Financial Controller, will assume Mark Fryer's responsibilities on an interim basis."

Nothing suspicious in that, in case you ask.

On the move, hopefully the placing will be announced soon. Could be at a good premium to current price given todays move.

sp5.....What makes you suggest that ? Just run your valuation and methodology past us ? If so blindingly cheap why is the fundraising so difficult to sort out ?
