Exercise of Warrants
Trevor Brown today exercised 1,000,000 Warrants at an exercise price of 5p each. The consideration received by the Company was GBP50,000.
The 1,000,000 new Ordinary Shares arising from the exercise of these Warrants have been issued today, and application has been made for them to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to take place on Tuesday 6(th) March 2018.
