Morffews company could be the culprit as their holdings are now sub-3% but Bachmanns company has seen its holding fall from 7% to 3.89%. Here is Morffews RNS./////Management Resource Solutions PLC

I agree apfindley,Bachmann or Morffew imo. jamdan1 you are correct the results are excellent, I will keep adding here as funds allow as the fundamentals here are tremendous. Our 100k seller is still around I see but sooner or later they will run out of shares to sell. (If it is Morffew then they are already under 3%,they have been for some time,so no holdings RNS is now needed)

I think it's a well known person... Who is failing to declare their holding. They will buy back and have the same number of shares on register by the time anyone looks into it

My guess is still that whoever it is wants to make a profit here by either putting in a bid or buying the shares back at a lower share price This stinks of share price manipulation imo,although I am sure trout knows better! ps I think any bid will be massively higher than todays share price but just imo.

bazildonbond,who knows why Bachmann is selling? He could have just preferred cash to shares for his company or he may be spiteful,who knows? My guess is that the share price has been driven lower for a reason,either profit by buying the shares back at a lower price or a take-over plan. What we do know is that the selling pre-dates the nomad situation,that is a 'red herring'. I have noticed that recently there has been some hefty buys as well as the hefty sells and I think that we have an accumulator as well as a big seller,just imo. In the end though everyone must decide for themselves whether or when to buy a share,it is no-one elses decision. I will be adding as funds allow because I think that fundamentals here are great and fundamentals will out in the end.

trout,he sold down from nearly 7% to 3.89%,what is your explanation? He can read and he knows the company is going from strength to strength. You think spite is his motivation? Have you ever heard of a 'hostile bid'? In my previous post I outlined what I thought were his reasons for selling.

You do talk rubbish, how would he get a bid past 75% of the shareholders, especially if he has sold all his shares to some of them. They will want a profit on those shares to agree to sell them....
People who have built up a business to sell on to others tend to want to cash out when they can, in Bachmann's case the share price has been dropping so he has cut his nose off to spite his face a little, but there is no evidence he has sold any for a while now, he was quite good at RNSing and would still need to RNS going below 3% if he does...

The market has hugely under-reacted to the trading update. The shares are going to be re-rated much higher than this.

If the seller has turned the tap off the MMs will quickly run out of shares BB,the share price here is plain silly,it should be well over 10p a share. With 3p of earnings and a p/e of 10 the share price should be 30p!

EPS of 2.6 - 3.0p a shareLooks like a massive under valuation here, it's not like they won't appoint a nomad
