The Group is pleased to report that it is trading in line with the Board's expectations for the current financial year. As a result, the Board expects to report Net Revenue for FY19 in the range of AUD$73.0m - $75.0m (FY18: AUD$69.1m) and EBITDA in the range of AUD$12.0m - $14m (FY18: AUD$12.3m). FY19 Net Profit before Tax is expected to be in the range of AUD$8.0m - $AUD9.0m (FY18: AUD$6.0m), which will generate an EPS of approximately 4.5c - 5.1c per share (converting to 2.6p / 3.0p per share at an AUD/GBP exchange rate of 1.7).

bazildonbond,who knows why Bachmann is selling? He could have just preferred cash to shares for his company or he may be spiteful,who knows? My guess is that the share price has been driven lower for a reason,either profit by buying the shares back at a lower price or a take-over plan. What we do know is that the selling pre-dates the nomad situation,that is a 'red herring'. I have noticed that recently there has been some hefty buys as well as the hefty sells and I think that we have an accumulator as well as a big seller,just imo. In the end though everyone must decide for themselves whether or when to buy a share,it is no-one elses decision. I will be adding as funds allow because I think that fundamentals here are great and fundamentals will out in the end.

So WHY are they selling if the prospects are so good?? This is my concern, together with no Nomad at present,and why i'm keeping a watching brief/following and not buying any shares at the moment.

I will be adding if the share price stays this low, as whoever is selling must end soon and with a low p/e of 2 this should be a take-over target.

Bachmann hasn't been selling. If you look @ the recent share register he hasn't sold any for months. Persons with nominee accounts have been sellers

This company has growing earnings but 2p a share is already spectacular. The share price is only this low because of Bachmanns selling and it could become a take-over target if the share price doesn't rise a lot soon,imo.

A P/E ratio is a historical figure and has no bearing on future earnings, although i will concede the the earnings growth looks encouraging, if they can keep that sort of growth increased profits should follow. I did like the chairman's positive statement, though i've read many in the past and companies have failed to produce. AIM Company Directors promises/statements should be taken with a pinch of salt until proven.

Looks like Bachmann is driving the share price down with 50k sells today,that means more cheap shares for some. If the share price is still this low in a couple of weeks I will simply add more. Biggest Bill - you need to look at 12bn posting on CERP to see the type of person being dealt with - you may then understand why rudeness is often offered - common sense and logical argument are strangers to 12bn!

Hopefully the AGM statement will feature a NOMAD update and not one like ANR's today. PET and CLON have announced moving to Beaumont Cornish and Strand Hanson respectively so good alternative options for MRS if SPAngel doesn't happen.
