Notice of Annual General Meeting

Management Resource Solutions PLC, a leading Maintenance, Fabrication, Civil and Earthworks company, announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2018 has been distributed to shareholders together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held at Level 11, 66 Eagle Street, Brisbane, Australia, on 18 January 2019 at 3.00pm AEST.

The Company last held its AGM in Australia three years ago and the board considers that it would be appropriate to give the Company's Australian shareholders, who are growing in number and now include members of MRS group staff, the opportunity to attend again. The board recognises that UK based shareholders will also want an opportunity to hear from board members in person and, to this end, an investor presentation will be held in London to coincide with the announcement of the Company's Interim results for the six months to 31 December 2018, scheduled for March 2019.

MRS is a recovery share it has increasing income and declining debt,its fundamentals are great imo. I will hold here until the share price has a massive northwards rebound and I don't care if it takes until 2020,although I expect it sooner. We have had at least 2 big sellers driving the share price down,Bachmann and Morffew but their shares are not infinite and the fundamentals are great imo.

thehitman - I haven't been following him as long as you but someone else mentioned HAWK as another big loser he's like a reverse Midas hedge fund - don't really know how he keeps going perhaps chat boards are all he has left - possibly on a shared tablet which 12bn is not allowed to take home!
