Man Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 15 October 2019 it purchased 651,030 of its ordinary shares with a weighted average price of 155.3104 pence per ordinary share pursuant to its US$100 million share repurchase programme, details of which were announced on 14 October 2019. The highest price paid per share was 157.55 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 153.1 pence. Details of the relevant repurchase transactions are set out below:

Since the commencement of the share repurchase programme, the Company has repurchased 1,183,412 ordinary shares in aggregate at a weighted average price of 155.19267 pence per share.

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury. Following the purchase and settlement of these shares, the Company will hold 12,205,993 of its ordinary shares in treasury and will have 1,529,588,777 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).

All transactions under this programme will be published on the Company's website (www.man.com) on a weekly basis.
