They should be looking at 30% profit before tax once they have sorted past
Problems out this is the margins in this type of bussiness

So i make on the listing of the additional shares market cap will be 13m if the price is where it is now, with a cash position of between £2.5/3m .We know that before the acquisition there were predicting to be profitable this year and Communicate made 400k profit last year so this to me still looks undervalued at our existing share price IMHO

With 87m shares due to hit the market at the beginning of July i am sure you will see the brokers notes, advice notes etc being issued. The free float here before this placing has been tiny so really don't see this dropping much lower than where we are as they will want there pound of flesh from the 4p they have paid

Well done there, 1tp.

It also a healthy, perky start for today.

The bests on the bid/ask are 6p v 6.70p, with 6.6p having been paid.

MLVN is definitely one to buy and hold for more. Unless there is some very strong spike or profit which is too good to miss, then selling into a steady riser invariably means one ends up being unable to get back in - except at a higher price than obe sold at.

It's great but annoying as it hit my stop loss when they injected that many shares. But I managed to re buy at 4.8p and actually have more shares than before. Went up 15% in my account yesterday:)

Nicely higher today...a gentle rise on a moderate number of buys, which augers well going forward.

Looking at the L2 picture this morning, I'd say that yesterday's acquisition RNS is being well received.

Best bid/ask on show....5p v 5.3p.

If there had been a worthwhile drop I would have added here.

Another plus is the liquidity issue should now have been addressed.

Funny been doing exactly the same thing and came to a similar conclusion so far.Trading update within the RNS looks pretty good to me

Trading in the current year has commenced well, with sales to date plus sales already booked for delivery in the remainder of the year standing at GBP3.95 million which is approximately 92 per cent. of the sales turnover for the whole of 2017.

Trading momentum in London is being maintained with a strong level of bookings at the school. In addition in April 2017 the Company announced a partnership agreement with the University of East London ("UEL") which will see Malvern established as an embedded college within UEL, delivering pre-sessional foundation and English language courses for international students at both Degree and Masters levels. While the impact for this on the current financial year will be modest, the potential for next year is more significant and the long term potential of this and other similar ventures is exciting.

Trading in Singapore will benefit from a first full year of revenue from SAA Global Education ("SAA-GE"). The integration of SAA-GE into the Group has gone smoothly following its acquisition in November 2017. Operations in Singapore have now been consolidated onto one site and the Board estimates that the property, staff and other costs savings that have been implemented since SAA-GE's acquisition should result in annualised costs savings of approximately GBP200,000.

In Malaysia a licence to teach international students for vocational training has been awarded to Malvern for the first time. This, together with the significant management and operational changes made last year, gives the Board confidence that the overall performance in Malaysia will improve on last year.

The Board is now confident that, with the Group strategically aligned, focused and directed, the impact on the performance of the Group will be highly positive going forward and that this will bring the Group to profitability in 2018.

I'm just now checking out the CES Ltd website...also that it really is in Manchester, England.

They are very centrally located and it looks hugely pucker and really pretty good. I know exactly where they are based and it's a very good central Manchester (UK!) location.

Hi modform. Is that 15p from a new-ish broker note? It's just that I can't find anything by way of a forecast on MLVN in any of my usual haunts and even Morningstar isn't showing any numbers for their going forward.

Thanks,
