Maistro Plc (AIM: MAIS) (the "Company") announces that, further to the announcement on 26 November 2018 relating to the Open Offer of up to 25,000,000 new ordinary shares to raise up to GBP250,000 (before expenses), the Company will today post to Qualifying Shareholders the Circular which sets out the terms of the Open Offer and how to apply for Open Offer Shares.
It is expected that Admission will take place on 17 December 2018.
