Maistro Plc (AIM: MAIS) (the "Company") announces that further to the announcement on 13 November 2018 relating, amongst other things, to the proposed conditional Placing of 100,000,000 new ordinary shares to raise a total of GBP1 million (before expenses), the Company will today be posting to Shareholders a circular (the "Circular") incorporating a notice of general meeting to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 3 December 2018 at the offices of Michelmores LLP, 6 New Street Square, London EC4A 3BF.

It is expected that Admission will take place on 4 December 2018.

The Circular incorporating the notice of general meeting will be available on the Company's website at https://www.maistro.com/investors.
