see rns 11.46am [investegate ] raising £3.68 m @105p a share to give total 54027803 shares m/c £56.7m . 83% held by insts etc .
suspended at 1.75p on my portfolio[43.75p]on 1/25 consolidation .Coming back hopefully at 105p

I think many of the new shares are being taken by long standing holders, or purchased on info from the company which may prove correct or not at a future date .
There are quite a few pi,s holding since 1.6p and below who may take this as an ideal time to cash in .

No worries H D but the point is in difficult market conditions, investors are more picky about what they invest in and at what price. Therefore I don't expect the price to fall :-)

New institutional investors don't usually put money into a fund raising in difficult markets on the expectation that the price will drop substantially. I'd have another think if I were you.

May well be adjustments to the holdings of the big boys at that price .
Would not be suprised to see it drop substantially on early dealing then motor after say a week [pure guessing on my part ] .

Dreggs, depends what the story is around the float publicity - and if it's a good one, could be there are still institutional buyers and a bit of private interest. With the low free float, it might open a fair bit north of 4p.

did think the starting price would be about 3p in old money, looks like it will be 4p, could be some selling at that price ........

AIM Sched 1 just out - raising £3.7m at 105p (over 4p in old money) so there's your starting point!. Excellent stuff.
