Maestrano Group PLC (AIM: MNO), the open cloud business integration platform with cross-app data synchronization announces that it was notified on 18 March 2019 that M4soft Pty Ltd, a company associated with Ian Buddery, Chairman, bought 500,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 18 March 2019 at a price of 2.9p per Ordinary Share.

Following this acquisition, Ian Buddery and parties associated with him hold 2,200,101 Ordinary Shares representing 2.75 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
