Quarterly Net Asset Value update
Macau Property Opportunities Fund Limited, managed by property investment manager Sniper Capital Limited, announces that the Adjusted Net Asset Value of the Company was US$257.4 million as at 30 September 2017.
This is equivalent to US$3.37 (251 pence*) per share and represents an increase of 3.2% from the previous quarter.
* Based on the US Dollar/Sterling exchange rate of 1.3396 on 30 September 2017.
