18/9/2024 08:06 | That's the thing Pete, do you give them the tools to find the answer and develop themselves, or do you just tell them the answer! | rongetsrich
18/9/2024 07:12 | But the header doesn't show on the app - unless I'm missing it?(I'm not defending those who cannot be bothered to do a simple lookup of dividend amount and dates themselves) | pete160
18/9/2024 07:07 | Once again - there is a "Dividend Timetable" link in the header!! | skinny
18/9/2024 06:41 | hxxps://www.dividend Use this site to find dividen info | nerja
17/9/2024 15:12 | What does Google say? Or the company web page say? Off hand I don't know so you could maybe turn this around? | rongetsrich
17/9/2024 13:20 | When's the next dividend due to be paid? | felchandbart
17/9/2024 08:48 | Are you reading in to renewables? Worth a punt as whilst the money tree has already provided £630m the tree doesn't hold the real money required to unfxck the energy market. The north east nimbys have quickly been shut down, so the plan is in progress.MNG is solid and a great payer, but the fact it only pays twice a year has made me shop around for similar payers spreadsheet out throughout the year. | rongetsrich
17/9/2024 08:18 | Yeah, but on other days, you make more than the dividend. Not really sure of your point - the price varies, the divi varies much much less, and also ends up in cash somewhere which you can spend, which daily price changes don't. | pierre oreilly
17/9/2024 05:47 | Ron I have discounted the budget that everyone is getting in such a tizz about. It will happen and it won't be pretty but until that day in the Commons none of us have any idea. I have no idea where the share prices will go My preferred move here at MNG is to still buy at 180 as still a fair few months until the final dividend. With Phnx I had sold at 572 and at 580 it looked like it was going to and through 600 Just shows how scared the markets are and I believe this will be the case until after the Presidential Elections. For that reason I will drop anchor and enjoy the calm before the storms gather force. Just fishing around from mow until November | jubberjim
16/9/2024 20:13 | Jibber, wasn’t expecting PHNX drop today, from trends I think it will recover a fair proportion tomorrow, then further if the Fed does 0.5%. Me, I’m going to top up MNG after XD drop to complete. I think Reeves will force us all to use our £500 dividend allowance soon enough, I can see the ISA getting a cap placed on it. | rongetsrich
16/9/2024 20:05 | Does anyone here use a broker that rents your shares to short them? Curious to know how it actually works. It looks good on paper, but not really convinced MNG would be worth it for a broker to short? Also if a share is wrapped can it be shorted? | rongetsrich
16/9/2024 16:02 | You're Ted Rogers or Dusty Bin from that insane 1-2-3 show a few years ago. Don't worry Skinny, I'm off anyway - don't want my posts approved/not approved by anyone, prefer to post what I like, Bye. | pierre oreilly
16/9/2024 15:50 | Ok this will hopefully bring this O/T subject to an end 'Living in The Past' is the track in question released in 1976 by 'Jethro Tull' Look it UP Yours Again apologiues Skinny | jubberjim
16/9/2024 14:30 | This is bizarre - afaik there isn’t a Jethro Tull track called “Jethro-Tullin | yump
16/9/2024 13:57 | Just another ot quicky I'd like to know too. Are hawks lonely? And do baby reindeers have social skills? But I agree, less of this highbrow philosophical stuff. | pierre oreilly
16/9/2024 09:23 | Album track from way back Apologies Skinny | jubberjim
16/9/2024 09:21 | Before we go on-topic, what is “Jethro-Tullin | yump
16/9/2024 05:27 | I haven't had to post this for 6 months, but unless it's to do with M&G - please take it else where. | skinny
16/9/2024 03:23 | Even though this news is from 22nd August, let's hope that Kerrigan Procter, formerly of L&G, is successful in his new position: Since M&G re-entered the Bulk Purchase Annuity market in September last year, it has agreed three buy-in transactions bringing sales to almost £1 billion in total. M&G’s strategy is to the leverage the strength of its business model to selectively agree BPA deals to fully offset the run-off of the annuity book, and increase long-term capital generation. | lauders
15/9/2024 17:45 | Who is this mysterious Mr Euro? Is it worth involving ADVFN if he's going to start threatening people.BTW, welcome to MNG, you seem a new poster. | klotzak
15/9/2024 17:14 | Skinny , I’m sure Eurochops is an ars … explains a lot :-) He’s a slow reader though so might not hear from him til Xmas. | dil 21
15/9/2024 16:35 | Peat (sticky brown substance)(glutinous residue) You do seem to spend an inordinate amount of time responding to my views on various shares. K.W. You keep saying what you have done and have been doing Stop Jethro Tulling it and get in the real world you mendacious arrogant ???? I ve run out of vowels and patience | jubberjim |
