Chump, I agree.
Can you remind me what the dividend cover is and exactly what it was 12 months ago? It’s worth a quick delve into that space.

Indeed it is Ron. Not strictly a REIT but a payer none the less, so no PIDs to concern you.
What renewables are you holding.
As an aside I was on the LGEN thread which was ruined by yours truly a couple of years back. You should take your own advice with Pierre, filter and keep posting you interesting and different thought processes. I see an edit now has ‘buy’ and not bye.
I hold long term here, but have stopped reinvesting as I must wait and see the direction it’s heading in after the results. LGEN is a good bet, in my opinion.

Have a look at REITs. Some great payers there, then some renewables. Do you subscribe to IC or get Shares, through AJ Bell?

Ronger: I have been slowly moving 50% of my ISA into high dividend yield shares (all boring like M&G).
I will let you know if I see anything interesting.
EBAY has been doing well recently (up 10%) so perhaps ETSY will bottom out too (its currently about 50% down)....
Then there are alternative factory made food like tickers ANIC (uk) or WLLW (canada) they are also might be near the bottom.... Obviously if we want to rewild the planet and also sort out Global climate issues getting rid of farming would be a huge win win situation.... If they can crack making t-bone steaks or real milk then job done.

Woodhawk...
If you know basic math set theory
There is UNION and INTERSECTION

You made a rookie mistake of a 10 year old that
its always a UNION between "quick easy money" and "ill-informed gamblers"...
In fact its an INTERSECTION...

Your apology will be accepted if you wish to give it..

netcurtains,

"we're all in the quick easy money...." - don't tar us all with your brush!

We're not all ill-informed gamblers - some here are investors.

And to finish, we all ridiculed a poster a couple of months ago when they suggested the divi might not be covered..... how silly we all were. Analysis isn't always completed with rose tinted telescopes.
