Publication of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company is pleased to announce that its audited Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2019 ("Annual Report") and the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice") have been published today. The Annual Report and Notice are available on the Company's website at www.mcsaatchiplc.com/reports-results/2019 and www.mcsaatchiplc.com/reports-results/2020 . Printed copies of these documents are being posted to shareholders who have requested hard copies.

There is no change to the Group's 2019 previously announced profit , and there are no further adjustments to prior period headline profit beyond those reported in the Preliminary unaudited financial statements published on 30 September 2020. An additional non-cash, non-headline prior year adjustment of GBP2.8m relating to 2017 and prior periods is reported.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11am on 31 December 2020 at 36 Golden Square, London W1F 9EE. Due to social distancing rules and the recommendations of the UK Government in respect of the Covid-19 pandemic, the meeting will be held as a closed meeting and shareholders will not be able to attend in person.

The Company has requested the resumption of trading of its shares on AIM, and trading in its shares is expected to recommence from 8.00am on 7 December 2020.
