13/1/2018 12:30 | An excellent story in todays TIMES - 13 January 2018 on the boss and his company. Good and constructive in where the world advertising agency is going........... | anley
11/12/2017 10:17 | For what good reasons............. | anley
01/11/2017 18:34 | Dump this buy TMMG imo | kmann
19/9/2017 08:46 | Thanks Nocton, but from SAA's published accounts (via IG) from 2011 - right => to 2016 - left in GBPm 47 44 37 50 52 52 (Retained earnings) 56 47 40 50 55 54 (SHF) in m unit 74.25 72.02 67.68 68.34 63.38 62.83 (Common share outstanding) Not adjusted for recurring one-off, exceptional items, etc,...i.e accounting at its rawest form. So the business is growing (gross assets, turn-over, share count,...) but the retained earnings and shareholders' funds aren't | alphahunter
19/9/2017 08:23 | According to Digital Look, Earnings per share have grown from 15.1p in 2012 to 23.6p in 2017 with 25.5p forecast next year. Dividend has increased every year and is 3.1% now covered 2.5x. Steady growth in share price although currently, like many especially AIM shares, well off the peak perhaps also due to concerns re digital advertising replacing print/TV advertising as highlighted by WPP. A steady but not spectacular performer, which I am happy to continue to hold. | nocton
18/9/2017 22:03 | No growth in retained earnings or shareholders' fund since 2011, despite supporting FX movement. What am I missing? Probably just a good trading stock between 300p and 370p, or something else? | alphahunter
07/9/2017 11:19 | looks over sold to me | nimrod22
19/6/2017 20:05 | But today we have a seller from OZ.................. | anley
21/5/2017 18:00 | Herald have bought into this business.....long term holders and interested in the IT side of SAA. | anley
28/4/2017 17:28 | Keep it on AIM for tax advantages but I do agree that the market is not that liquid so those that buy should be looking for a 1/2 year wait. I know an account manager and the business is very busy.............and I bought for my ISA this morning. | anley
11/9/2015 17:09 | Yes, the results were strong. To be honest this business should be moving up to a full listing in my view. They would achieve a better share price by doing so and they are one of the better companies on AIM. Happy to hold until at least £4. Have already held for several years. This is a good business! | topvest
05/9/2014 16:42 | price spiking up so hopefully some good news around the corner. Just got back into profit and look to see this at £3+. | battyliveson
02/7/2014 18:38 | Bkrs have revised EPS down but 245 looks to be the bottom technically - its touched the 100wk ma which historically is the floor - last update v.positive tone - and PBT% f'cast set to explode lets see if anyone is watching... | luckymouse
01/7/2014 14:20 | Fall looks a little overdone and with positive AGM statement and good cash-flow I can see this recovering. I have taken a small position to see if bounce can be sustained. | battyliveson
20/3/2014 15:23 | Any comments on the results? Anyone there...?? | sagarn
20/9/2012 07:58 | Yes, so do I. This is a truly great company in the making, in my opinion. | topvest
20/9/2012 07:33 | I hold. I am happy with these results. NIce steady riser. | 5070481
14/6/2012 11:06 | Still no ones cottoned on eh, even after todays announcement that they're on track. | studhaves
30/3/2012 08:10 | Wow - can't believe there's been so little activity here, last post in Jul 2011 ! I've just bought some of these today, I think they should get to 40% - 50% higher if they keep on track, which I'm sure they will. | studhaves
15/7/2011 10:37 | Bought a few of these today. A quality company at a reasonable price. | topvest
01/7/2011 02:20 | This is a company i've been invested in since Feb 2009 , they was 0.10 when i bought in , i sold in mid march at 0.68. Since have been buying back in at 0.55 , 0.44 have just topped up again at 0.38 , thats me back to full investment for this share . Why do i like this share , well they have a great board and do things the best way they can for the best returns ,they have alot of area and joint adventures , shown they can succeed and have a well planned business structure. I've already made a good profit and it has now turned into a bigger stake this time round . You can see from above there is plenty to like about this company and it will only get better this and next year ,yes we have dipped but with good reason , but it is now going to be worth it as the next 6 months should soon see a return . | the graftman |
