Thanks Nocton, but from SAA's published accounts (via IG) from 2011 - right => to 2016 - left in GBPm 47 44 37 50 52 52 (Retained earnings) 56 47 40 50 55 54 (SHF) in m unit 74.25 72.02 67.68 68.34 63.38 62.83 (Common share outstanding) Not adjusted for recurring one-off, exceptional items, etc,...i.e accounting at its rawest form. So the business is growing (gross assets, turn-over, share count,...) but the retained earnings and shareholders' funds aren't

According to Digital Look, Earnings per share have grown from 15.1p in 2012 to 23.6p in 2017 with 25.5p forecast next year. Dividend has increased every year and is 3.1% now covered 2.5x. Steady growth in share price although currently, like many especially AIM shares, well off the peak perhaps also due to concerns re digital advertising replacing print/TV advertising as highlighted by WPP. A steady but not spectacular performer, which I am happy to continue to hold.

No growth in retained earnings or shareholders' fund since 2011, despite supporting FX movement. What am I missing? Probably just a good trading stock between 300p and 370p, or something else?

Keep it on AIM for tax advantages but I do agree that the market is not that liquid so those that buy should be looking for a 1/2 year wait. I know an account manager and the business is very busy.............and I bought for my ISA this morning.

Yes, the results were strong. To be honest this business should be moving up to a full listing in my view. They would achieve a better share price by doing so and they are one of the better companies on AIM. Happy to hold until at least £4. Have already held for several years. This is a good business!

Bkrs have revised EPS down but 245 looks to be the bottom technically - its touched the 100wk ma which historically is the floor - last update v.positive tone - and PBT% f'cast set to explode lets see if anyone is watching...

Fall looks a little overdone and with positive AGM statement and good cash-flow I can see this recovering. I have taken a small position to see if bounce can be sustained.

Wow - can't believe there's been so little activity here, last post in Jul 2011 ! I've just bought some of these today, I think they should get to 40% - 50% higher if they keep on track, which I'm sure they will.
