13/4/2021 09:27 | Vin Murria on SAA - "Classic digital transformation story...I clearly think there's masses of upside on that one" - from 1:13:24 Also from 1:18:42 | x54v
13/4/2021 06:41 | I missed it Boozey, had to take my son to the Gym but I hear Vin was very bullish on SAA | bigbigdave
12/4/2021 23:45 | Dave - did you attend the Mello Monday Event? Did Vin say anything in the interview that was relevant to Saatchi? | boozey
10/4/2021 06:58 | Vin Murria will be interviewed by David Stredder at next week's Mello Monday..... | bigbigdave
09/4/2021 22:41 | That's a good spot Velvetide. Let's see what happens on that. | boozey
09/4/2021 12:40 | Vin Murria has just sold 1m Summerway so it would be frightfully interesting if she comes shopping for some more super cheap SAA stock | velvetide
09/4/2021 12:37 | The directors must be hugely confident given their recent buying flurry: Moray MacLennan (CEO) - 3rd Feb - £500k Lisa Gordon (NED) - 15th Feb - £64k Gareth Davis (Chairman) - 5th Mar - £155k Colin Jones (NED) - 5th Apr - £45k The last trading update was certainly bullish: "- Trading in Q4 2020 was ahead of expectations, a resilient performance reflecting the breadth of the Group's customer base - Year-end cash was significantly ahead of expectations with net cash of £33m at 31 December" Plenty of positive momentum here to drive the share price much higher. | x54v
06/4/2021 16:19 | Yes - endless Director buying - all very encouraging. | boozey
06/4/2021 15:46 | Yet more chunky director buying. Seller cleared with that 119.7k buy? | x54v
06/4/2021 15:33 | Another director buy here too after EBQ. They seem to be keen in both: "Director and PDMR Shareholding The Company was notified on 5 April 2021 that Colin Jones, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 10,370 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) at a price of 144.62 pence per share on 31 March 2021 and purchased a further 10,402 Ordinary Shares at a price of 144.11 pence per share and an additional 10,403 Ordinary Shares at a price of 144.10 pence per share each on 1 April 2021." The 200k picked up earlier appeared to change the dynamic with shares on offer only correlating to the amount available on the offer (e.g. 4500) despite it being in an iceberg form. It is an odd one, because clearly there is a seller in size, and yet ordinary trades are restricted to small batches though you can hit the offer to get a bigger amount in one go. It was similar to what was happening in RCN down in the early 120's - sure some folk noted that too. Still watching and not cleared the seller at 145.5p but the chart gets interesting if the buying does pick up. Wonder if it is Invesco lobbing. All imo DYOR | sphere25
06/4/2021 10:33 | Stream of buys coming in here with 202k exchanged so far - looks like someone has tipped it. Seller in size sat at 145.5p at the moment preventing any move higher. Price has re-traced a good amount off the highs but can it clear the sellers to move higher? All imo DYOR | sphere25
24/3/2021 14:19 | Back down to the last director buy, any idea of nxt update? | mustau
17/3/2021 20:51 | His target would be someone that would help him compete with Accenture - that is who he has publically stated as his number one competitor. | boozey
17/3/2021 12:55 | Doubt he's looking here. | mustau
17/3/2021 10:30 | S4 Capital (Sir Martin Sorrell) has just appointed heavyweight American investment banks Morgan Stanley and Jefferies alongside Dowgate Capital as corporate broker to the company.Speculation abound that this is prior to making a M&A move. Makes me wonder who the target would be!!!!! | b1nky
