The directors must be hugely confident given their recent buying flurry:

Moray MacLennan (CEO) - 3rd Feb - £500k
Lisa Gordon (NED) - 15th Feb - £64k
Gareth Davis (Chairman) - 5th Mar - £155k
Colin Jones (NED) - 5th Apr - £45k

The last trading update was certainly bullish:

"- Trading in Q4 2020 was ahead of expectations, a resilient performance reflecting the breadth of the Group's customer base

- Year-end cash was significantly ahead of expectations with net cash of £33m at 31 December"

Plenty of positive momentum here to drive the share price much higher.

Another director buy here too after EBQ. They seem to be keen in both:

"Director and PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 5 April 2021 that Colin Jones, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 10,370 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) at a price of 144.62 pence per share on 31 March 2021 and purchased a further 10,402 Ordinary Shares at a price of 144.11 pence per share and an additional 10,403 Ordinary Shares at a price of 144.10 pence per share each on 1 April 2021."

The 200k picked up earlier appeared to change the dynamic with shares on offer only correlating to the amount available on the offer (e.g. 4500) despite it being in an iceberg form.

It is an odd one, because clearly there is a seller in size, and yet ordinary trades are restricted to small batches though you can hit the offer to get a bigger amount in one go. It was similar to what was happening in RCN down in the early 120's - sure some folk noted that too.

Still watching and not cleared the seller at 145.5p but the chart gets interesting if the buying does pick up.

Wonder if it is Invesco lobbing.

Stream of buys coming in here with 202k exchanged so far - looks like someone has tipped it. Seller in size sat at 145.5p at the moment preventing any move higher. Price has re-traced a good amount off the highs but can it clear the sellers to move higher?

S4 Capital (Sir Martin Sorrell) has just appointed heavyweight American investment banks Morgan Stanley and Jefferies alongside Dowgate Capital as corporate broker to the company.Speculation abound that this is prior to making a M&A move. Makes me wonder who the target would be!!!!!
